Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GEO Score, a website and software service available at getgeoscore.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by the owner of GEO Score ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

GEO Score measures and helps improve how a brand is represented across AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. It provides an AI-visibility score, competitor comparison, sentiment analysis, prioritized recommendations, a technical site audit, and a schema generator. The Service analyzes publicly generated AI responses and technical signals; its outputs are informational and are provided to support your own decisions.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except for your own clients in the ordinary course of your business;
• attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's technical limits, rate limits, or access controls;
• submit content or run audits that infringe others' rights or that you are not authorized to analyze.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or liability for us.

4. Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal

We offer a Free plan ($0) and a Pro plan ($49/month or $490/year). Payments and billing are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase and is responsible for charging your payment method, handling applicable taxes, and issuing receipts. We do not store your full payment card details.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that Lemon Squeezy may add at checkout.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your dashboard, which opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period and then reverts to the Free plan; we do not delete your historical audits automatically. Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with its refund policy — contact us and we will assist where appropriate.

6. "As Is" — No Guarantees of Results

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI search engines change frequently and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular AI-visibility score, ranking, mention, traffic, or business outcome. Our scores and recommendations are informational and not a guarantee of results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the operator of the Service is based, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
